We will fully manage the property: the listing on several leading travel sites, the reservations, contact with guest, check-in and check out process, cleaning, changing of linen. We will also enhance your guest’s stay by helping them to arrange transportation to and form the airport if they wish as well as provide a welcome hamper for them so they feel at home from the minute they arrive. At the end of each month we will calculate the total payout generated by your listing, and send it directly to your chosen bank account, after deducting our commission.

Yes. At the end of each month when it is time for you to receive your money we will notify you by email and confirm the amount due to you. This will have a full breakdown of all the bookings made across the different websites where we post your listing, consolidated into a single statement, and it will show a full breakdown of how your payout is calculated.
For sure. We are a fully transparent and open service so upon request we can provide you with the transcripts of all correspondence we have had with any of your guests.
With our platinum package, we will take full responsibility for all damages. What’s more we take a deposit at the beginning of the stay to cover any damages. We will also do a full inventory check on departure to ensure nothing is damaged or missing.
With the Full Managment package we exclusively offer a service to improve the visibility of your listing. This in turn will maximize the potential bookings you can receive.

With the Gold Package, you can retain full control of the listing and contact with guests on whichever sites you wish. We will still manage the check-in / check-out process, clean the apartment, manage the linen, re-stock essentials and take care of any emergency situations.
With the A’la Carte Service, you will manage the listing and contact with guests. Simply email us to advise when your guest is expected to check-in or cleaningand we will handle the rest.

We understand delays can occur. That’s why our greeters will wait up to 1 hour for the guest to arrive.
Our professional greeters will be waiting for your guests with the keys and a smile to show them where everything is. They are also experts on the city and will be happy to answer any questions the guests have about their stay.
This is a part of A’la Carteservice. We will manage the towels and bed linen which means changing and washing each time so your guest has freshly pressed hotel-standard sheets and towels every time.
We encourage all hosts to provide as many amenities as possible for their guests to make the stay comfortable and to generate more positive reviews. We will be happy to refill essential bathroom items such as toilet paper, showergels, shampoos and soaps, as well as essential kitchen items such as teabags, coffee, milk, basic cooking condiments.
You will be invoiced at the end of each month for the services used and you should make the payment within 5 working days of the invoice.
We will manage the check-in and check out process for you in the Silver Package. If you want to retain full responsibility for contact with your guests and the cleaning as well, this is the service for you. All you have to do is leave us the keys and tell us what time your guest is checking-in and checking-out.
There is a minimum 6-month period for the Full Management Service. Due to seasonality and other factors, any period less than 6 months might not be fully reflective of the cost benefits you would experience with the Hosthelper service over the longer period of time.
For the A’la Carte package you can subscribe to our service for as long as you want as the fees are paid per booking.
Yes. If after the 6-month period on the Full Management package you would like to switch to the A’la Carte, we would be happy to transfer you. Thereafter your package can be reviewed every 12-months.
